If you want to refine your current yoga practice, this is a great place for you to be.
Yoga 101 is a series of 4 sessions, each session deconstructing a portion of the practice. The class format is relaxed and interactive. Students are encouraged to ask questions as the class moves through different yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation.
The class size will be limited to 10 students, so you will receive personalized attention.
What will you learn in the Yoga 101 Series?
How to complete each movement safely, learning basic anatomy pertaining to each posture, and how to modify movements in order to accommodate your own personal abilities (and any injuries you may have or have had).
